One who becomes a warmaster means he is a great leader and is an experienced combatant. Having lead groups to great victories in several battles has evolved the warmaster's skills to a point where just his presence on the battlefield can change the tides of a battle. Alone he isn't a great fighter, but in a group he can be of huge aid.
